All Labor (Our two-person team does all the lifting).

1. Estate Clearance

Removal & Sorting

Pricing is primarily based on the volume of items removed and the labor required for sorting.

Minimum Call-Out $150 – $250

(Ideal for single-room refreshes or small pick-ups)

By Volume $75 – $130 / m³

By Load

Quarter Truck (approx. 2-3 m³) $250 – $450

Half Truck (approx. 5-6 m³) $500 – $750

Full Truck (approx. 10-12 m³) $950 – $1,400+

Includes: Two-person labor, loading, and ethical disposal/transport to donation centers.

2. Pre-Sale Deep Cleaning

"Settlement-Ready" Clean

We provide a thorough clean once the house is empty.

Small Unit (1-2 Bed) $350 – $550

Standard Home (3-4 Bed) $600 – $950

Large/Premium Estate Custom Quote

Includes: Deep clean of kitchens, bathrooms, windows (internal), floors, and wall spot-cleaning.

3. Value-Add Services

Document & Asset Search:
Included in our standard clearance hourly rate.
Auction Transport:
We can coordinate the transport of valuables to Melbourne auction houses (Leonard Joel, Abbeys, etc.). Pricing depends on the fragility and weight of items.
Painting & Minor Repairs:
Quoted on-site based on the scope of work.
